So here goes the steps:
-Boil pasta of your choice for 5 minutes with a spoon of salt. Make sure the texture is ala dante. Then, reserve 1/2 glass of pasta water.
-While its boiling, chop 1 clove garlic and chicken flesh.
-Put 1 tbsp of butter on a hot pan.
-Saute the copped garlic and chicken flesh (protein of your choice).
-Add in the green peas and cook it for 1 and a hf minutes.
-Add in cooking cream and a bowl of parmesan. Or also can substitute with 50g of cream cheese if you don't have the cooking cream and parmesan.
-Add in the reserve pasta water little by little.
-Turn off the stove. Add on pasta and mix with the gravy evenly. Add on some more grated parmesan on top of the dish and sprinke chopped basil or parsley.
Done!
Ehsan ni memilih sangat makan tapi kalau dia suka dia betul-betul makan sampai berpinggan. Ni tadi dia habiskan 3 pinggan. Sumpah tak percaya. You all boleh cuba tau resepi ni! InshaAllah boleh adjust ikut citarasa you all.

p/s: pehal nak omputih sgt tah resepi tu. sorry chuolls dia cam automatik lak bila type recipe mesti imagine Nigella yang cakap haha.. ala.. tapi cuolls sume faham kan setakat garlic cheese sume tu. ihiks. okay lah enjoy selamat mencuba!
